At FARM Rio KSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vibrant purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your FARM Rio account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
